2020 Ssangyong Korando klicking sound from behind dash and heater system won’t work

When starting usually from cold there is a clicking sound from behind the dash. The heater lights flicker and the heating system doesn’t work. I have to turn off the ignition and go through the process again, before it sets itself properly, sometimes have to do it several times. Once it’s working it’s ok for the duration that the car is being driven. Is there a relay behind the dash?
