2012 Renault Scenic stop engine faliure hazard wont start just loud single click

flashed up stop engine failure hazard then went of drove ok into work esc came on twice whilst going into work when i finished and tried starting it just get a electrical click with no crank or starter motor trying to turn over came up with glow plug circuit a fault
now wont start at all
does anyone else wonder why they purchased a Renault seem its just fault after fault and they cost a fortune spent more time fixing it than driving it so far

Better try turning the engine by hand to make sure it's not seized and starter unable to turn because of that .

sorry yes i have done that
i have also bridged the starter motor which turns
have checked the fuses that i can find
have changed out the glow plug relay (the single one at the top under the front bumper)
have ordered the double relay that is at the bottom of the wheel arch
tried to check the glow plugs but will have to let the penetrating lubricant work first they were only changed about a year ago
visually checked the wiring to the glow plugs and the glow plug relays

Glow plugs being faulty should not stop engine turning . cranking . There are other fuses need checking , including starter fuses
