Hi there, i have a 1999 renault clio that has an electrical starting fault, have ignition lights, the temperature light and the glow light(this is the best way to describe light as vehicle is a petrol) is flashing and the car wont turn over, all the relays are clicking, have checked all battery connections e.t.c, what could the problem be?

might be a broken or poor engine earth strap
