Renault Modus Problems

water seems to be getting in on nearside behind the trim panel and carpet getting soaked from underneath, l cannot see where the water is coming in.Also the rear airbag is inder this trim.

went out the other night at a set of lights a driver pulled up along side of me ,and siad i had no rear lights on.
