2005 Renault Modus boot lock

Im locked out of the boot - ll other locks work fine - the boot lock has failed today - had a struggle to get the manual lock key in and have drench the lock in wd40 but so far the lock wont move - HELLP

Probably a faulty switch / lock . You can open from inside as per guide in handbook .

The problem with typing and not looking at the screen - I never typed Modus ! mines a Renault Megan CC the hard topped convertible - theres no way in and Renault cant help so any ideas greatly recieved.
