Peugeot 407 gearbox problems

Changing the faulty switch would be a good starting point

I cleaned that sensor on the gear linkage on top of gearbox that connects with valve solonoids it was full of oil inside ,now it's showing esp light brakes are hard when moving and it doesn't have power from takeoff its like misfiring,on the diagnostic machine it doesn't pick anything

Looks like your scanner is not capable of covering all modules / circuits if not finding fault codes .
