Mercedes Benz C Class Problems

The player is constantly flashing on and off. Sometimes just starts working again on its own but stopped working at moment

How do I remove the surpentine tensioner I have removed the belt and the tensioner will not come out there are no bolts to undo any help would be appreciated thanks
