i have changed the glow plugs coolant temp sencer and all the breather pipes but the car is still takeing ages to start if i diconect the temp sencer then the car will start all fuel pump and fuses relayes seem ok

when i slow down the car just stalls it has just passed its test aswell.if the revs go below 1000 it just stalls. i have checked plugs and air filter

once the car has reached running temperture everytime its started it has a surge of diesel (only for a second or 2) as if i have caught the pedal.
