Indicators blinking to fast just bought the car and it has a tow bar can't figure it out , and all my lights work ok

Hyper flashing is usually related to the tow bar electrics but I cant remember the fix as it was my auto electricians who dealt with it . Do the hazards hyper flash also . Could you maybe contact the previous owner ? Also check any earth wiring / connections

The car is due for its mot on the 7 January, and I need to get them fixed or it will fail the mot
