2016 Citroen C4 indicators blinking to quick but all lights working on the car

Can't figure out what is the reason why my indicators are blinking to fast and all lights on the car are working

The more common cause of hyper flash on cars I've had , if not bulbs or earthing fault , was either with those with towbars or a faulty flasher unit . But I think the flasher unit / relay is part of the BSI on your year . Have heard of some that were cured by pulling a battery cable for a minute or so and refitting but cant say for sure or advise if this works or not .
