2008 Volkswagen Jetta struggle to get into gear

hi just finished firrinf a new turbo got all back togeather and start car up struggle to get into gear gears were fine before this if i put feet on clutch then 1st gear then start car up car will move slowly with feet on clutch in first gear any ideas possibly linkage or maybe iar in system one in gear car drives perfect just getting it into gear hopefully not bad clutch Thanks for any help

Check clutch fluid level , top up and bleed if needed . Check for any sign of fluid leak up at master cylinder / pedal
