Vauxhall Zafira Flywheel Problems

my dual mass flywheel is knocking intermittently when i put clutch pedal down,is there a solid flywheel conversion available for my car or if not is it possible to weld the flywheel up to make it solid?

Clutch has started to vibrate when starting and also can hear a wearing noise when clutch is pressed down about 2 inches. No probs going into gear and no burning smell, only done 27000 from new - any ideas folks??
