Spanner light has been on since last service. Large Battery light flickered then came on and stayed on

I can only re-fuel at a very slow rate. If I try to hold the hose handle down fully it keeps locking out. It now takes me about four times as long to re-fuel than it used to.

The coolant warning light came on. As I topped up the coolant it was poring out of the bottom of the engine in what looked like two places ?

heater works fine on passengrs side and in the rear but blows out ice cold on drivers side

The engine has lack of power and is heating up to fast. too much fuel is entering one bank and the coil banks are ok. Various error codes come up on the diagnostic and the throttle body flappers are opening ok
