2000 Vauxhall Omega heating system

Heating has suddenly decided that it will not put the input into the car.
Takes a long time to heat up and then only lets a minimal amount of heat to enter the Car interior.
Have had it looked at by two (small) garages, however, they are not able to resolve the problem
