Spanner light has been on since last service.
Large Battery light flickered then came on and stayed on

Possible the garage didn't reset the service light,
It happens.
As for the battery light get the charging system/battery checked.

Omega's don't have a service light.

The car/spanner light is to inform that there is a problem with the Engine electronics, transmission electronics, or immobilizer.

If it lights up when the engine is running:
Fault in the engine electronics or transmission electronics system (the latter only applies if you have an auto).

If it flashes when the ignition is on:
Fault in the electronic immobilizer system; the engine cannot be started.

Get it scanned with tech 2 or similar
