1999 Vauxhall Omega Problems

My round temperature controls has bulbs gone , any one no how to get to the to replace bulbs..

Starts ok engin will cover about 1 to 2 miles and cuts out,starts again easily and then keeps cutting out..if you leave the car for a while 30 mins it's ok and then the prosess starts over again..
