Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
Car randomly looses power , not so bad if revs kept below 1500rpm ,
Struggles to overtake other vehicles , it also randomly cuts out, restarts straight away .
Egr valve and cooler replaced, DPF cleaned, I think it has to be a sensor issue, I am going to try and remove the fuel pump pressure sensor that's mounted down the back of the engine, it was replaced a couple of years ago ,
Any other sensors I might try ?

You changed the fuel filter ? Any faulty sensors should throw a fault code that a correct / good diagnostic scanner will retrieve rather than guess and perhaps replace needlessly , not to mention your cost also

The only fault codes that came up was exhaust recirculation fault and DPF full, those should have been sorted,
The fuel pressure sensor failed before and showed no fault codes,
The fuel filter should have been replaced in June, also the last time the fuel filter got clogged the car ran fine below 2000rpm, the only time it lost power is if you floored it or went above 2000rpm.

If the scanner was at least Tech 3 or similar it would pick up a faulty fuel pressure sensor .. If that year has a timing belt it may be worn / stretched and jumped throwing timing out . Likewise if a stretched timing chain .Never assume the fuel filter should have been replaced in June , better to verify or not

An update I checked the fuel filter and that is clean I also checked the fuel pressure switch and that isn't sticking.
The only thing I noticed was when I had the live data up on the fault reader was all the values changed when the engine was running or stopped apart from the oxygen sensor that had a reading of 11 regardless. Now is that correct ?
Having the exact same issue with a 2013 Meriva. Mechanic has tried the same things as you and it’s not throwing any fault codes, DPF failed a a regen but has gone through one after the disappeared fault code was reset. What was the solution you ended up with? Or if anyone else has any suggestions.
