Car is losing power when i accelarate to around 3000 revs,is not stalling & starting fine... please help.Have been advised could be my fuel pump or fuel filter... Or plugs & coil...

could be the purge cannister, this happened with a relatives focus 1.4, and the cannister was at fault.

do you know if it is a big job to re place the purge canister and do you know whereabouts it is on the car

Just to add , check plugs , leads coil pack and clean MAF sensor .
