2011 Vauxhall Meriva my car is coming up with code 4.

I've got a Vauxhall meriva 2011 1.4 turbo, I've got code 4 on display and the temp gauge on the dash drops to 0, it was doing this during the summer when the weather was very hot, but now it's - 1deg outside and it's done it again, I've cleared this before using my phone and a ob2 Bluetooth scanner I know it's not the answer to clear it like this but I need to get it sorted, FYI the thermostat was replaced several years ago, thanks

If you have automatic climate control , make sure the sensor on the dash is not covered / obstructed , can cause problems if so
