2013 Vauxhall Monaro code 4

The code 4 has come up, I have checked the coolant tank and it has water and anti freeze in. The temperature gauge also did not move from zero this morning when I drove into work (about 30 miles)

Vauxhall Meriva Dashboard Fault Codes List
