2009 Vauxhall Insignia goes into limp mode with service vehicle soon

When driving and especially a bit of pressure, car sucks back, goes into limp mode and service vehicle soon comes up. Restart and it goes fine for a while. Has less than a year old turbo in it as had same problem last year

Needs checked out and scanned for fault codes . If same fault and turbo faulty again may have a years warranty if OEM part . But could be many things , like turbo hose leak to name one
