2021 Vauxhall Corsa my corsa 70 plate some times don’t start until the third time and my oil light and span keeps coming up even though it has had a service and oil level is fine it also judders when pulling away in a low gear some times

My corsa some times takes two or three attempts to start and judders when pulling away the oil light keeps coming on when checked oil level is fine and dash board and radio keeps going dark and light

Depends on what was done on so called " service " some are very little . You should have had engine oil and filter changed . You checked / replaced spark plugs , checked coil pack . That's assuming judder is from engine and not clutch judder . Service light should have been reset when work done . Check the adjustment of the instrument panel light switch , in owners h/book
