Basically my radio is not working and my Bluetooth for my Intellink. The car makes a noise when the the touchscreen is pressed but no sound is coming out. Is there any easy way to fix this?

You could check ALL related fuses to radio / infotainment centre first . Or you could try a reset , might fix it
Turn off the audio system completely.
Switch it back on.
Hold down the on/off button and the right hand Skip button at the same time for about 15 seconds.
