2016 Vauxhall Astra radio working but no sound

The radio display comes on as normal, displays the radio station that should be playing but there is no sound. I've tried switching from AM, FM , and DAB but still no sound. The same issue happens when I'm linked to my phone via Bluetooth. It displays the song that should be playing but no sound. I have messed around with the mute settings and volume controls but that didn't do anything. Turning the car off and on didn't help either. My car has been like this for three days now.

On some cars with this type of problem , disconnecting a battery terminal for s few minutes and then reconnecting , reboots some systems and clears faults . Whether it will fix yours . cant guarantee .
