Radio on no sound

Dont know unless you can scan through menu settings but found this onPeugeot forum , might or might not help .
No volume
Hi all, Peugeot 308 mp3 radio cd with blue tooth. Switched radio on, display showing as it should but no volume. Silence/mute button not on, no sound not even on blue tooth phone. Volume control showing on display. Any advice please?

Entered problem in audio section, Gibbo put me on the right line. Disconnected then reconnected battery. Sound fine now.

Hi to all who have had the same problem,i was told to shut windows and doors switch every thing off.Wait 4 minutes then disconect the positive on the battery.wait afurther 4 minutes and connect again.much to my surprise it worked.
