Basically my radio is not working and my Bluetooth for my Intellink. The car makes a noise when the the touchscreen is pressed but no sound is coming out. Is there any easy way to fix this?

Lots of problems on this , could try disconnecting the battery for half an hour and then hook up again .SOMETIMES works

I had exactly same problem i saw it on you tube you press the on/off button and the forward button at the same time for about 15 seconds
If it doesn't work first time just try it again
I find the volume goes when it's done a dab firmware update
