Certicacy mirror and window open/close only working on drivers side and window washer fuse keeps blowing

Sounds like driveshaft is loose with knocking and creaking. Feels like it's going to fall out but everything is tight underneath. Any ideas please?

Battery has to be charged after every journey. Bought new battery no improvement. Have had to be rescued numerous times as car refuses to start once stopped even on short journey.
