I have 1.6 hdi 2014 when i put the van in too high of a gear for instance if I come to a slight hill and should put in 2nd gear but keep in 3rd it looses power and both engine lights come on a fan kicks I’m irratically what could this be please feels like when it’s under bit of pressure this happen and says air flow problem but have changed air flow meter thanks

Changed fuel filter , scanned for stored fault codes ? Partially blocked exhaust / cat ?

It’s had new fuel filter in service new thermostat water pump and air flow meter but still the same
