Loss of power

recently had second hand engine fitted new clutch ect car runs fine till i hit a hill then all the power seems to go have to chug up hill till power builds up again then runs fine

Warning light

i have a warning light that keeps coming on and dont know what it is it is a circle with a broken circle around it on an orange back ground

Front spot lights

cant find the fuse for the front spot lights they are peugeot standerd fit but dont seam to work

Engine

engine oil coming up through radiator filler bottle thick black diesel oil

Oil leak

radiator warning light came on when i opend the filler cap the res tank was full off thick black diesel oil i flushed it out till clean toped up oil and water started up engine when heated up oil started to come back through radiator fille...

can i put anything in with my diesel oil to help seal up an oil leak or is it a garage job

Calculator like box
