Sliding door

One of my sliding doors will not open from the outside the handle is loose and floppy. Would appreciate a quick answer if possible.

You will have to pull of the door trim and check the locking mechanism , actuators and rods .Could be a part of the lock itself broken but you wont know till you strip it down .

The release rods come out of the lock. Remove the door cards and and refit if they don't stay in then you will need two new locks
