2000 Peugeot 806 sliding doors

Car: Peugeot 806
Year: 2000
Variant: 2.0
Categories: Electrics, ECU, Warnings & Lights
I have a Peugeot 806. The sliding doors are both jammed/locked. The central locking system is working.
How do I go about getting both doors released. Also do they work with the airbags safety system that prevents the doors from opening?

I look forward to all replies

Thanks

You will have to pull of the door trim and check the locking mechanism , actuators and rods .Could be a part of the lock itself broken but you wont know till you strip it down .

Dont know much about that car , but would doubt the airbag system would lock the doors otherwise how would you get out or in if airbag was triggered .

" Paulieone " should be on shortly and he knows more about Peugeots than I do and should be able to help more .

The release rods come out of the lock. Remove the door cards and and refit if they don't stay in then you will need two new locks
