I serviced the vehicle....changed the timing belt and water pump because of a slight overheating. One thing i noticed was the ABS light came on earlier so I had the diagnostic instrument hooked up and it said that I needed a stop switch..... which i will soon install. The diagnostic tool could find nothing else wrong.

My Problem was solved. Change the sensor at the base of your brake pedal. It was giving false information to the main computer that the braking system was engaged while the vehicle was in motion. This cause the throttle system to shut down.
