2011 Citroen C4 gear problem

I have posted this problem before . Please my citron C4 2011 model automatic gear selection is very slow, if it’s on 1 , it takes longer time before it changes to 2 and so on.

Just today it just displayed service just like it has displayed before and it just jumped to N and never changed .

The first diagnose was fuse according to the mechanic but right now I don’t think it’s fuse. Please what could have caused this?

If you dont trust the " mechanic " who checked your car and his report on what is wrong , take it elsewhere for diagnosing .An automatic gearbox specialist would be best and quote a price for what is needed
