2008 Citroen Berlingo electrics problem

Speedo on dash stops working and noticeable power loss no engine management light comes on. speedo starts working and power returns. could happen 5 times in a day could happen once a week. new development with this issue yesterday do. when the speedo stopped working and went dead the central locking stopped working and i noticed the central locking coming on and off continuously for ten seconds and as this was happening the speedo was jumping on and off also. any help appreciated

Worth checking the speed sensor and wiring . Also LOAD test your battery and alternator charging rate , can play havoc with electrics if low .
