The heater on my ford ka only blows cold air i think the value that directs the air flow is stuck does anyone know how to get to this to fix this problem ?

Heater work's - but only heats up when sitting in traffic , there is warm air but not HOT...any advice would be great as i'm on shifts and it's freeeeeezing. thank's for looking. chas
