Mercedes Benz Viano

Merc bill this car as a luxury MPV....then they openly call it a van with windows! To be truthful its somewhere in-between with a luxury feel but an agricultural engine and firm ride....and I mean FIRM. I came out of a Chrysler Voyager and that was no Bentley but compared to the Viano the ride quality was like comparing a Futon to a double soft Norwegian Duck Down Mattress.The interior is very spacious however and it is a really easy car/van/bus/mpv to drive.Mercedes have been their usual self when it comes to servicing and warranty however,useless and expensive with more get outs than a slippery politician. Its out of Warranty now so I bought a Warranty Direct policy to keep it covered...lovely sales team, lousy claims team..usual industry rubbish.In summary the Viano sips fuel and is a grat load lugger and for my job..Chauffeur its is your best car for the money but the ride is BRUTAL and the rattles and squeaks are unacceptable for a £30K plus car.If Lexus or BMW made an MPV I would be at the FRONT OF THE QUEUE!!!!
