Volvo V50 car wont start

pulled up at shop then car just cut out tried to start cranks but not starting just passed mot lol is there any comming problems these cars have 178k miles could it be fuel pump maybe no lights on dash i pluged diagnostic tool in showing no codes any help would be great thanks

Check all relevant fuses pertaining to non start . Check / change fuel filter if needed .
