2006 Renault Kangoo wont start

Car cut out 3 times then wouldnt start anymore thourght it was blocked fuel filter so changed that but no car only done 49,000 miles it spins over thats it put on code reader comes up with no faults any help would be great

Timing belt o.k ? Could be wrong but almost sure the change interval was every 70K or 5 years .
