First crank in morning is very laboured and smokes and stinks of fuel. but once started it’s perfect for rest of day.
I’ve changed
Glow plugs, TPS, diesel hand pump, Maf sensor, map sensor, fuel filter, air filter and I’m pulling my hair out.

Injectors could be leaking , worn , over flooding, seals gone . drawing air If your battery is not up to scratch or the correct CCA it wont help

I have bought a new battery as well this year, so I’m thinking either fuel pump or injectors?
