hard to start, even hard to start when left for a couple of hours, glow plugs all good, glow plug feed good, diesel bleed back checked (slightly more on number 2) but nothing too obvious,
starts when left for a while best if ignition left on for a good few seconds before cranking

try sensor for cold start may be over fueling

ps if sensor ok get a garage to check emissions if running rich maybe the emissions can be adjusted
