my air bag light has come on and now my horns do not work

Dash cutt out

when i am driveing the abs light and battery light comes on then cust the dash out fuel temp speed rev counter indicators horn etc the sterio ust to cut out now it wont work at all i changed the stereo checked fueses etc the abs plug is fin...

Dashboard instruments fail when driving.

Radio goes off, battery and ABS light comes on. Then radio comes back on but no indicators, horn, speedometer and rev counter at zero. Can only get them to work by stopping somewhere turning off engine and back on again. Only seems to happe...
