2002 Vauxhall Vectra dash cutt out

when i am driveing the abs light and battery light comes on then cust the dash out fuel temp speed rev counter indicators horn etc the sterio ust to cut out now it wont work at all i changed the stereo checked fueses etc the abs plug is fine soon as the engine is cut off and back on its fine again help plz car only has 59k on

Could be the Cim (column interface module) failure .Or could check this on same problem .

well known within vauxhall techs, it needs a new abs module connector, this comes complete with about a foot of wires that need to be spliced into the abs harness, basically the connector pins are weak and don't grip the pins within the module i have the part number and can give you the bullitin number so the dealers can help,about £30 will cover the parts about a hours labour max
