Have had full gearbox flush and new brake switch fitted

You are really best to get it scanned with proper diagnostics that covers all modules / transmission for fault codes rather than possibly maybe wasting money doing other work . Or take it to a good , local independent auto trans specialist for advice and road testing as could be wear and tear inside box
