Vauxhall Insignia Problems

replaced boot lock and switch boot still wont open ive checked power to the lock got 12v going to it any recomendations please

suspension rides stiff and the service suspension light is on also had it plugged in and it says rear shock absorber actuater open

Sometimes it will open and will stick for no reason have changed the switch
