2018 Vauxhall Insignia on-star fault, keeps saying on star

I thought they had stopped On star a while back . so other than checking the sensor or disconnecting , dont know what to suggest unless there is a fuse you can pull

looking at info there is a fuse number 38 in glove box, manual states the fuse is for onstar, i will pull this fuse and see what happens, i will update when ive done this.
