On-star fault, keeps saying on star

My insignia 2.0 turbo diesel 2018 keeps speaking on-star to me, it keeps coming on all the time and three months ago they replaced the on-star censor

I thought they had stopped On star a while back . so other than checking the sensor they replaced if that fixed your fault then , dont know what to suggest unless there is a fuse you can pull
