2018 Vauxhall Insignia insufficient flow??

Egr valve caused management light to come on, had diagnostics check and outcome was insufficient flow, this has happened twice now, EGR replaced again, management light stayed off for 70 miles then came back on, this is now becoming somewhat tiresome, anyone have any answers??
Could it be a software issue as car still dirves very well, no loss of power, average MPG shows 27.5 which is riduculously low, yet live mpg shows 45 to 55 mpg??

Checked / cleaned intake manifold ?
