Vauxhall Insignia will not start, battery ok, no starter clicking either, possible ecu or can bus i think? any ideas?

If immobiliser light coming on , tried another key ?

yes tried the spare and the same, the light came on for abit but went off after say the ignition coil would normally go off on a cold day, both keys do the same and dont do anything different

I have tried all fuses in all 3 fuse box/holders and none are blown

Have the RAC and the auto electrician not scanned and retrieved stored fault codes ?

they said there was no codes to clear, i have asked around it apparently could be either bcu or cluster or hopfully a software update
