2009 Vauxhall Zafira car won't start

That is incredible . I have never known any garage , never mind a dealership being unable to diagnose why a car wont start after having it for 4 months .

I agree, totality incredible, I am beginning to wonder if they have even looked at my car, I found out that someone put their insignia into the same garage for a service, they had a camera in the car, and they didn’t even service the car, just washed it apparently, so a complaint was put in to Vauxhall head office. So have they even looked at my car, I ask myself.

Having been in charge of a Vauxhall dealership , all being a few years back now , I have never before heard of what was said of the Insignia service story . Vauxhall should have hammered the Manager and kept the owner up to date on any sackings / actions taken . You should not have left the car that length of time in any garage and should have chased them up constantly for updates ,Apart from anything , the car will have more problems now after lying for months than it did when it went in . Still cant get my head round that this is a VX dealership acting in this way without repercussions from Vauxhall

I had an ECU reconditioned on a ZAFIRA, it did not work, when i informed them they said "they really need the car aswell. I got a refund. It just throws more confusion into the prob. I tried another company and all they needed was the reg, no changeing of parts like chips or transponders etc, just plug and play.
