Vauxhall Grandland X start stop not working
Variant: 1.2 turbo
Model Year: 2020
Bought the car two weeks ago, when I stop the' car and take my foot off the clutch the light on the dash just flashes three tlmes but the engine keeps running

If your battery is low in charge , stop/ start won't work .You could try charging or giving a good run with the likes of air con , headlights , heater off that use power , switched off

It never does, had mine since new, only worked for a few months, reported it on every service but its still the same, had a new battery fitted after 4 years because the other died just after a service drove it to work wouldn't start at all, the AA said you need a new battery, Vauxhall obviously don't check your battery on a service, Stop start worked for a month with the new battery for a month, hope that helps (10,000) miles

It is the battery , If it drops roughly below 75% charged , stop/ start won't work . Also make sure the battery rating is 760 AH /

I have just collected my Grandland Turbo 1.2 24 plate from Vauxhall glasgow. Only 8 months old,start/stop not working and still not. They have informed me its a known vault and as of today 10th July 25 Vauxhall have no recall as they don't know how to fix it. Trying to call Vauxhall but not no answer. Has anyone else going through this debarkile?
